Top advice
I've always wanted to be a Workday Consultant - But, when i joined in an entry level position was very new to Workday. I could not understand a word in it. So, foreign - such that i was recounting my decisions of stepping into Workday side. a lot of errors & escalations. I realized that i should give myself 3 months a 100% effort - if i was unable then i will rethink about my career on the 4th month. For some reason my mind refused to give up - in that 3 months I've spent a lot of time mastering the skill - that's when i realized "Learning is the Key" - Truly post 3rd month i can't believe myself - I've been doing so well. Am Glad i gave myself a Chance and i never turned back again. Not just Professionally - Personally too - Its never too late to - Believe in Your Magic and Give Yourself the Chance to Shine.
Greatest achievement
I started at Kognitiv as the very first member of a brand-new business unit—a bold experiment that could have been discontinued if it didn’t perform. Naturally, I was nervous about meeting the expectations of a huge and challenging client. When I onboarded this major client, it wasn’t smooth sailing. Their entire Workday team had left, except for one person who was unfortunately on bereavement leave at the time. Despite the challenges, Kognitiv stepped up. With a small but mighty team of three, we gave it our all and poured everything into making it work. Not only did we succeed—we were an absolute superstar team! The client called sourcing us the best decision they’ve ever made. Now, they don’t need anyone else but us. That experience boosted my confidence tenfold and reinforced why I love what I do.
