Promoting from within is a key part of our culture and growth strategy. We want to reward employees for dedication and commitment to Kognitiv, and we want to continue to see our employees grow both vertically and horizontally. Kognitiv is continuing this culture in many ways.
Kognitiv’s recruiting process, on average, takes no more than three weeks from the initial screening call. We aim to go no more than seven days without updating you on the status of your application.
You should expect anywhere from two to four interviews depending on the role. Being a fully remote company, all of our interviews are conducted via Zoom. See our Virtual Interview Tips below.
You can view the status of your application by logging into your Candidate Home account. Please click the Sign In button in the top right corner. You will also receive automated email updates regarding your application.
We contact candidates via email regarding next steps and interview scheduling. We may call and leave a message if we have trouble reaching you.
After signing your offer letter, you’ll receive an email to begin your background check within 48 hours. HR may reach out with additional updates and questions throughout the process.
New employees receive their equipment 1-2 business days before their start date. Equipment will be mailed to the address you provided when accepting your offer. Kognitiv will provide the tracking number for your equipment once shipped.
Your first order of business will be participating in virtual onboarding to learn about:
Kognitiv is 100% remote, and we want you to make the most of it.
Download the Zoom app before your interview for an easier login.
Wear headphones if you have them, as it makes for better audio quality without echoes or background noise.
Login early to test your connection, microphone, and camera.
Have a glass of water nearby in case your mouth gets dry from talking or you need to take a pause.
Be camera ready! We want to see you. Dress like you normally would and be ready to be yourself.
Avoid distractions. We understand you will most likely be interviewing from home, and that a family member or a pet may make a guest appearance. Do your best to stay focused on the interview.
