About Elizabeth C.

Key experience
I started in e-commerce as a merchandising analyst but by being open to new experiences, I found myself trying out new roles that led me on a path to being a project manager in business technology. I jumped from merchandising, to supplier facing ticketing teams, to managing a company wide background check program and then finally to Workday project management.
Current position
My role is to plan, support and remove obstacles to provide the best client experience as possible. I support both my team of consultants as well as the client's needs to ensure a strong working relationship based on trust and delivered results.
Main motivation

Every project will bring its own bumps and obstacles. If you have the right group of people on your team you will always find a rewarding solution. No two projects are alike, which keeps things fresh and exciting!

Greatest achievement

A client had been misguided during their implementation and lost trust completely in their support and in the new software before even being able to use it. Our team came in, reassured the client that the issues encountered had solutions and starting building up trust. We were able to salvage their implementation and extend our working relationship to support their future system needs. The team as a whole received tremendous feedback which made the project that much more rewarding.
