Before I joined Kognitiv, I was actually a client—and saw firsthand how the team lived its values. When I began my job search, Kognitiv was at the top of my list. Now, a few years in, it’s been the most rewarding and challenging experience of my career. I’m constantly learning, solving real problems, and growing in a collaborative culture that’s unlike anywhere else I’ve worked.

I used to spend 60+ hour weeks traveling, working alone, and figuring things out with no support. Even on the client side, it was nonstop pressure. When a recruiter called about Kognitiv, I took a chance—and I’m so glad I did. The culture here is amazing. You're never alone, and everyone wants to help. I came in an HRIS nerd and now I’m a proud Workday nerd, thriving at Kog every day.

The culture at Kognitiv is open and collaborative, where we’re trusted to “act like owners.” There’s no micromanaging, and leadership values our feedback. We’re encouraged to pursue passions and grow, with endless opportunities. It’s easy to find our niche and feel valued. Kognitiv recognizes all contributions, not just billable hours, making it a place where we can thrive.

I have been with this organization for 2 years and the message has always stayed consistent, Happy employees=happy clients. I am consistently asked if I am doing okay and if I need any help. I am strongly discouraged from working on weekends and any form of vacation that I take. My managers and my team always have my back and are always willing to jump in when I need them. The founders of this organization make sure to stay in contact with us at least once a month and if anything needs to be communicated immediately, they make time to tell us on a call, they do not just send out emails. I feel like I am supported and appreciated in everything I do.

Kognitiv is a self promoting organization where if you are excelling as an individual contributor you will move through the levels of promotion as you meet the requirements. They give you all you need to do this outside of your own personal drive and desire. One who sits in Management is immediately contributing to the direction and speed at which we grow as an organization. As a fully remote workforce you are self managing of your time and the personal balance is also at your control so long as the work is being completed properly! We also have some of the best clients in the eco system!
