No matter what year, if you ask a Kognitiv employee what one of their favorite events is, Workday Rising is always top of the list. Although we go to learn about new features, roadmaps, and network with fellow Workday nerds, ultimately, the event is a fan favorite because it gives an opportunity for a remote company like ours to bond face to face.

This year was the first Rising since the pandemic hit, and we were all so excited. First time Rising-goers were able to feel the spirit that our Rising veterans exude, and speak about year over year. Our Rising veterans made camp in the Braindate area and networked with both existing customers and new connections.

This was also the first year that Kognitiv attended Workday Rising under the Kognitiv brand, and boy did we showcase it big. We hosted our own event with 200+ attendees. We offered a shuttlebus to all conference attendees called the "Kogwarts Express" (name courtesy of one of our amazing employees). We had premium swag, and we loved seeing people walking around the conference wearing our merchandise. It was truly rewarding to see and hear the love people have for Kognitiv and Rooster. We know our company is making a difference within the ecosystem, and all credit is due to our incredible employees.

Workday Rising 2022 - You were a pleasure. We won't forget the team dinner at a Brazilian steakhouse, the late night rides at Disney's Animal Kingdom, nor the dance party at Universal Studios. Thank you for giving us a great reason to bring Kognitiv employees and customers together in a very special way. We look forward to San Francisco in 2023!

The strength of Kognitiv's Workday expertise was on display and validated by our amazing group of individuals who attended Rising. Everywhere you turned, you saw a Kognitiv or Rooster logo and our expertise on display. Our employees are phenomenal, and it showed in a big way. Workday is taking serious notice and has become an ally for our company. They know our business offerings are good for the ecosystem. The future opportunity is IMMENSE. No other company has figured out how to deliver on our model and match our levels of service. Kog Team, we got this!
