    Hi Reddi,

We appreciate your interest in a career in Workday because that's what we do at Kognitiv!

There may be an opportunity for you in the future to become an Associate, which offers individuals training and support to learn the job.

Something I personally recommend is creating a Job Alert on LinkedIn for that role. OR, simply watch our career site for an Associate position when they open up again.

When we have an open position, you can apply and if successful, you would be receive paid training.

Hope this helps to answer your question!

Hi, Reddi! You can also learn more about Workday by checking out some of the various online content that discusses Workday topics, troubleshooting, and tips. I see more and more content creation regarding Workday on LinkedIn every time I review it -- including some helpful posts from many of our very own "Koggers," so I recommend searching LinkedIn for hashtags related to Workday to find and follow content creators that post information you find interesting and relevant. In addition, you can likely find Workday-themed blogs, podcasts, and other learning/ sharing groups.

Here are some of my favorite options for you to check out:

    - Everyday Superheroes: The Kognitiv Podcast: https://kognitivinc.com/podcast/
