Landing your first Workday role can feel challenging, but it’s definitely possible!
There are a few paths to consider:
- Join a company that already uses Workday. Many organizations have internal teams dedicated to supporting the system.
- Look for companies implementing Workday. Being part of an implementation project gives you valuable exposure to both the system and the rollout process, and often leads to opportunities for ongoing support.
- Seek out training and mentorship. Some firms, like Kognitiv, offer programs designed to help people build a consulting career in Workday. Our Early Careers program runs annually and provides structured learning and hands-on experience.
