The FP&A Analyst owns moderately complex financial planning and analysis processes and delivers actionable insights across global entities and business units. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and decision-driving reporting in a multi-entity, remote/global environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Fully owns end-to-end analysis and reporting (variance analysis, financial modeling, performance metrics); ensures outputs drive real business decisions across global operations.
Proactively resolves issues and leads small-to-medium improvements (e.g., dashboard enhancements, process tweaks).
Shares insights confidently with global stakeholders and influences cross-functional changes in a remote setting.
Provides light mentorship to junior team members and contributes to team knowledge base.
Supports forecasting, budgeting cycles, ad-hoc analyses, and trend identification from multi-entity data.
Demonstrates growing business acumen by shifting from transactional work to analyzing and improving processes.
Collaborates effectively across time zones while treating processes as their own “business unit.”

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools, ERP systems, and multi-entity/international reporting is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote, cross-cultural, global collaboration.
