The Marketing Coordinator is a role for a versatile professional to support a range of marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes event coordination and social media management, with additional contributions to broader marketing efforts to boost brand engagement. We prioritize candidates with strong soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and adaptability, to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute company events, such as trade shows, webinars (via Zoom or similar platforms), product launches, and community engagements.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, and audiovisual setups.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional materials.
  • Track and report event performance metrics to assess success and suggest improvements.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.

General Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising, using tools like HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and blog posts, using tools like Canva.
  • Update website content and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing or equivalent experience; familiarity with event planning or social media management is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, engaging content and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, or Zoom; experience with event platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and embrace new tools and trends with enthusiasm.
