About the Role

We are a high-growth business operating a lean, fast-moving team across a truly global footprint (North America, EMEA, and APAC). We aren’t just looking for someone to maintain the status quo—we need an Accounting Manager who views accounting as their own "business unit" and loves designing scalable processes that last Year-Over-Year.

What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)
Own the Global Matrix: Lead end-to-end accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and financial reporting) across multiple global entities. You will ensure seamless multi-currency and multi-entity consolidations under GAAP/IFRS.
Build to Scale: We are growing fast. You will diagnose inefficiencies, drive cross-functional process improvements, and leverage modern automations and AI tools to build a scalable infrastructure that supports future growth.
Lead & Mentor: Champion a high-performing, remote global team of accountants and analysts, fostering an "ownership mindset" and mentoring them to their highest potential.
Audit & Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, managing the documentation and audit process with full accountability.
What We Are Looking For
The Must-Haves:
Global Entity Experience: You must have proven experience managing accounting for multi-entity operations spanning North America, EMEA, and/or APAC. You understand the nuances of cross-border accounting, foreign exchange, and global tax compliance support.
The "Builder" Mindset: Experience in a lean team within a high-growth business. You know how to build processes from scratch that don't just solve today's problem but scale for the future.
People Leadership: 3+ years of experience directly managing or leading teams, with a knack for remote, cross-cultural stewardship.
Progressive Experience: 5–8+ years of total accounting experience (CPA or equivalent preferred).
Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills and deep proficiency with ERP systems, with an eye for integrating AI and automation into daily workflows.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Workday Financials is a huge plus!

Compensation:
$100,000 – $150,000 USD
$120,000 – $165,000 CAD
