Hello! Soft skills that will help include communication (oral and written), time management, organization, and self-leadership. Since we work with clients on a daily basis, being able to effectively communicate the problem and solution is essential. Second, we often have multiple projects going on at once; being able to manage your own time to meet deadlines is important, along with organizing your work so nothing is missed during busy days. Last, being able to lead yourself is vital. By this, I mean motivating yourself to hit your targets, deliver high-quality work, and ask for help when needed. Having strong self-awareness to know when you can push yourself but also reach out to others for assistance will make your day-to-day so much more rewarding! And with self-awareness comes confidence - believe in yourself that you are capable, and the rest will follow.
