Kognitiv runs our own "certifications" throughout the year including Merit, Absence, Benefits, Prism, BIRT, Compensation and more. Consultants can attend these trainings to expand their Workday knowledge into different areas. We also have KogU- an on demand self service platform where consultants can go in at any time and take virtual lessons in different areas created by our resident experts. If there is a particular module you would like to learn you can also shadow consultants to get further real world exposure in those areas. In terms of growth, Kognitiv has clear paths consultants can take whether they want to go down the management track and become a team lead or remain as a client facing consultant there is something for everyone. Each role at Kognitiv has a job description with clear qualifications and responsibilities. Once a consultant is meeting those qualifications and performing the responsibilities of a given role, it is time for a promotion into that role.
