WD job hunt with 9 months prior experience but no certification is tiring and seems impossible?

I have 9 months of exp in WD HCM , which for me was an alien domain . Learning WD was fun but the job hunt with no cert is painful. Even if the JD lists my prev job role , i get rejection due to no cert and just few months of exp. I keep learning WD through youtube and coursera materials.
