Success is evaluated here based on clear cut goals. Kognitiv managers are very good at setting non-nebulous goals to track towards. We've all seen goals like, "improve sales" or "increase consulting knowledge" but here at Kognitiv the goals are much more clear ("complete 2 projects of a particular type" or "become proficient in a particular functional area by taking on projects in that area with guidance"). This gives every consultant a clear objective and is extremely helpful in growing our skillsets.
