I think we all have different ways of transitioning to consulting and the product we're consulting on; Workday is the third HR system I've consulted on and the second one I consider myself successful with. I didn't believe in one of the systems and that meant I couldn't help organizations adopt it and adapt to it well. So, if you're like me, it needs to be a product or system that you believe in. One you've seen work, and like Workday, you've seen how transformative it can be for the organizations using it.
