Hope you're doing well too! At Kognitiv, leaders set an example by demonstrating the values and work ethics, they are really a role model with behavior and qualities which everyone seeks. Our managers & directors motivate employees by publicly recognizing and appreciating their hard work & accomplishments, we have tools and platforms to share cheers and kudos for our colleagues. Lastly, direct managers play the most important role by providing constructive feedback, encouraging growth and development which aligns with respect to each person and are supportive during both good & challenging times.
