I personally happened to know a few of the employees from previous work they did for the company I worked for who was implementing Workday. It made it easy to connect with them to get an insider's perspective before I decided if I wanted to apply.

I chose Kognitiv because I believed in the possibility of being able to grow my career much faster than in a traditional client-side job. I knew I wanted to excel in Workday in some capacity so felt that Kog was a good fit.

Being that it's 100% remote helped a lot!

I was drawn to this company because of its empowering work culture that allows employees to take ownership of their work, work with freedom, and operate with transparency.

The company values employee growth and encourages a supportive, collaborative work environment. This type of work environment is exactly what I was looking for.

The fact that all work is done remotely was an added bonus for me, as it provides flexibility and allows for a great work-life balance.
