At Kognitiv, we understand there is a barrier to entry in the Workday ecosystem and we are looking to break that down. Our new grad hires will do about six weeks of boot camp training so they learn the basics of Workday and general config. Once the boot camp is completed, they'll then go to their teams and be assigned a mentor - whom they can do some job shadowing with. Once they start to feel comfortable, we'll have them help out with the less complex requests. By month six, they should be ready to be a fully billable consultant.
