What support is available for career changers?

    Hi there

    Do you mean for people that are wanting to make a change from one career into a consulting career with Kognitiv?

    If yes, we hire experienced individuals so would ideally be looking for someone with at least a few years experience within Workday tenants.

    Otherwise, we hire Associate-level individuals a few times per year. If successful in the hiring process, they receive paid training before being launched into client work.
