There are lots of different trainings available at Kognitiv depending on your role. For new hires (Associate Business Consultants or ABCs) with no Workday experience we provide a roughly three week Workday boot camp to provide an overview of Workday configuration . There are more supplemental trainings over the following weeks after the main boot camp. There are then ABC specific office hours and slack channels to help support these new hires. Kognitiv also offers ongoing certification trainings that can be taken by consultants throughout the year taught by our Product Leads. Offerings this upcoming year include Recruiting Fundamentals - Beginner, Benefits - Open Enrollment - Intermediate and Discovery Boards - Advanced. Team leads this year are also receiving multi-part interactive manager training from a third party people development planform. Topics for these sessions include Coach Toward a Goal, Lead Highly Effective 1:1s and Building High Trust Relationships. No matter what role you have at Kognitiv, you will never stop having opportunities to develop skills of all kind.
