What's the culture in terms of diversity?

Although most of our workforce is based in North America, it is fairly diverse. I am only able to comment based on my experience as a white woman, but in terms of female to males, there is plenty of representation.
If you're asking more from a perspective of other cultures, it will be helpful for one of my colleagues to respond!
