One challenge I face is time management and setting priorities. Sometimes it's really easy to just do all the simple stuff and the tasks I enjoy, but there may be a more pressing task that I push down to do that.
Setting goals each week and doing my best to abide by them helps. If I start with the hardest task and get it off my plate, it's such a relief knowing it's done.
The open enrollment season and year-end projects make the end of the year the most demanding period for me. With several projects requiring simultaneous attention and having similar deadlines, it becomes crucial to manage them effectively. Therefore, I consider it essential to document and maintain a to-do list during this time. It allows me to keep track of all the tasks at hand, prioritize them, and ensure that none of them are overlooked. This way, I can plan my day and efficiently accomplish my to-do's within the given timeframe.
