My experience in flexible working has been phenomenal here at Kognitiv. We have a flexible time off model which allows all employees to take time off work to disconnect and recharge whenever they feel the need to. We all work remotely which really helps to further promote a flexible working environment where we have the opportunity to step away from our work for a bit, if we need to attend to an appointment or something of that nature.

We also don't have internal meetings on Fridays to allow everyone to wrap up their work for the week to be able to disconnect from work and enjoy the weekend.

I've truly never had a better work-life balance and true flexibility in what I do!
