A typical day for me entails reviewing all the important product metrics, such as bugs, issues, server logs, and communicating or escalating any critical issues; working with my team to help them resolve any questions or problems they may have; putting the necessary artefacts in place to allow the QA process to proceed; working on critical tasks alongside my team; speaking with each team member one-on-one to address their concerns; and coaching them to help them reach their professional goals.
