I really like Kognitiv's culture. Everyone here is equally motivated to help each other learn and grow together. It is a small people centric company where the leadership always supports its employees whenever needed.
The leadership at Kognitiv is very approachable and I appreciate the transparency they showcase in the monthly all company calls regarding company's goals, accomplishments, financials, etc.
