I wanted to work for Kognitiv for many reasons, and I'm so happy I got to have the opportunity to join this amazing company. For starters, I loved the fact that it was 100% remote, it's a growing cash-positive start-up, with an amazing culture that was felt from my first interview. Through further discussions I learned that there were opportunities to learn and grow - which is truly invaluable. More specific to my role, I've gotten the opportunity to do some international recruitment, I've gotten to spearhead some employer branding initiatives, and I've been able to source and hire for roles that I've never had the chance to before. Kognitiv allows you to build upon the skills you have, and gain new skills that are super relevant to your role.
