At Kognitiv, we embrace authenticity as it is one of our core values! We believe that people perform better when they can be themselves. We want everyone to be true to their values, ideals, and actions each and every day. We encourage you to come as you are and bring your truest and best self. In return, you’ll get honest conversations, a culture of trust and open communication, and real bonds with those around you.
In our Kog store we have pride shirts that our employees can purchase. For every T-Shirt sold, Kognitiv will make a donation to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people.
We also discuss and celebrate pride month each year, and we are encouraged to change our LinkedIn headers and Zoom backgrounds for the month to show that we stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community. As well, we strive to make it a safe and inclusive space for our all of our Koggers!
