The hardest part of my job is maintaining the right balance between ensuring the highest level of software quality and meeting tight deadlines. Navigating the challenges presented by this objective requires constant prioritization, effective communication, and adaptability to changes.

One of the hardest aspects of my job is articulating a solution that the client will fully understand. Each client is different, so I have to understand the gist of their business, specific nuances, and the specific requirements they are looking to meet. Each client also has different levels of experience working with Workday. This information helps me to architect a solution along with helping me articulate that solution to each different client in a way that they will understand.

As you progress through your career with Kognitiv, you will gain experience working with different clients and you will ultimately improve your communication skills. Once you hone this skill, you will understand how to articulate your solution based on your audience/client.
