To be honest, nothing comes to mind. Kognitiv is a growing organization, and getting to be a part of that is huge for me. Every employee has a voice and can suggest/share their thoughts/opinions and feel heard. As someone who works on Kognitiv's sales team, some of the common sales challenges include, clients not having budget or wrong timing but these types of sales-related challenges are not unique to Kog.
