I wish I had known that I would need to track my billable work hours, as I would have prepared more questions around how that is achieved by the consultants here. It was something I'd never had to do before coming to Kognitiv, and considering/ discussing the practicalities of that change during the interview process would have been beneficial to me! I feel like it is a change I adapted to without too much difficulty (regardless of not knowing it before my interview process), but I think I would have liked to have prepared my own questions about it during the interview process.
