We are definitely flexible with how and when we work at Kognitiv! Today's a perfect example of how I work flexibly. I need to step away, during work hours, to vote. Because I'm in control of my schedule, when, and how I work, I'm able to take that time. I can make up for the time I'm away by starting my day early, or working another time that's convenient for me. There are plenty of us who take breaks during the day to pick kids up from school, go for a walk, spend time outside, etc. Sometimes there's nothing better than working in the middle of the night when it's quiet and you've finally figured out how to do a complicated configuration. And sometimes there's nothing better than taking your coffee and laptop outside to enjoy a beautiful morning while you work.
