The Associate Consultant Program runs twice a year here at Kognitiv, and it is a way to bring in individuals who are looking to transform their careers and become a Workday Consultant, or individuals who have recently graduated from University/College. We start the recruitment process in the fall (September/October), with the first class starting in January, and the 2nd class in June. There are a number of interviews and assessments that need to be completed prior to hire, and available spots are limited so it is a very competitive opportunity.
Once hired, you will do your onboarding into Kognitiv and then start a 6 week training boot camp where you get to learn all things configuration related in Workday. During these 6 weeks you'll do a lot of hands on learning, where you will be taught concepts and then get to apply them in a training environment to ensure you are understanding the tasks. Once the boot camp training is complete, you'll then go into your teams and do some on the job shadowing and you'll also help out with some of the easier support tickets that come in. By month 6, you should be a fully billable consultant working full-time on client projects.
This program is amazing if you truly have a passion for Workday consulting and want to grow your career. We've had successful hires coming out of this program that have gone on to manage their own teams.
