Thanks for the question! Our program does provide Workday training prior to being assigned to client projects, as well as support from a mentor as you ramp up. We also expect additional openings for Workday HCM and Workday Financials in 2026, so definitely keep an eye out for those as well.

Thank you for the quick response. How does this work, please? Are these paid training programs? Assuming I do get selected for the Associate Program, how long does the training run, and on successful completion where does one get posted? Are we posted at client locations or is it at your office location, and solutions are provided remotely? Any additional information would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

Hi! I actually came through the Associate Business Consultant a few years ago as a career changer with a previous background in architecture/design for 10 years. I was a little nervous at first making the big leap, but it has been the best decision I've made in my professional career. Kognitiv provided the support/training to get me up to speed in the first 6 months with Kog's training program, shadowing, consulting 101, etc. and I was able to get first hand experience working with clients in the beginning on small projects with the support from fellow colleagues on calls and help with configuration if needed. I learned quickly it's important to 'be a sponge' and sit in on as many calls and internal trainings to learn and absorb as much knowledge as you can. I also learned quickly that everyone at Kognitiv wants you to succeed and will provide whatever help is needed along the way.
