Before joining Kognitiv, I expected a few months of training and once training was complete, I would respond to the "easy" client questions until I learned enough for complex questions. I expected to be working with a specific consultant on my team where we would only focus on Financial related tickets. My experience at Kognitiv has far exceeded my initial expectations.
During the first few months of training, various consultants on my team would reach out with shadowing opportunities to solidify the concepts I was learning in training. I have worked on a variety of client tickets ranging from "quick and easy" to "tedious and complex" that I had shown interest in. I have also helped create the marketing pitch of our new service offering, created a presentation for software that was developed in-house and write a blog post describing my experience at Kognitiv thus far! There are so many opportunities to get involved at Kog, just express your interest and Kog will make it happen.
In short, I came to Kognitiv in hopes of learning more about Workday Financials at a company that respected me and my beliefs. Now that I have been with Kognitiv for 6 months, I can safely say my expectations weren't only met, they were exceeded!
