I don't know if I really had any major expectations joining Kog, but my experience here so far is very different than some of my previous employers. We truly have a great work-life balance where we are encouraged to take time away from work for our own mental and physical health. We also have a great flexible PTO policy which really allows us to disconnect from work whenever we feel that we need it. We're also not like your typical consulting firm where consultants have super high billable hours - our goals and expectations are very realistic and further promote having a good work-life balance.

The company growth has all been organic, which is super unique now a days and I think a lot of that success stems from the fact that all of our leaders have been hands-on Workday consultants prior. We really understand the Ecosystem's needs and pain points and have grown a company to successfully support that.

We also have tons of learning and growth opportunities which allow our employees to build meaningful careers here at Kog! I have been able to take on various projects outside of my main day-to-day tasks and can see myself being able to really propel my career in the talent space.
