    Hi Edgar

When you say "mitigate risk", I'll assume you're talking about our process for configuring updates in customer tenants. If yes, our consultants are trained to keep backup of their configuration, complete thorough testing, and work with their clients to verify the same. We also have a large internal hive of smart consultants who can be leaned on to offer support with questions.

Further to that, the client's tenant is their responsibility and we always encourage them to take ownership of it by understanding the changes being made and putting in their own audits and checks.

If that doesn't answer your question, please let us know!
