I started my Workday journey as an HRIS analyst working on the client side. After several years, I decided that I wanted to try consulting to really grow my skillset. The benefit of consulting is that I work with clients across all industries with each having their own processes and needs. This has caused me to learn the technology at a much deeper level as well as understanding the needs of a variety of types of clients.
