Based on what you mentioned, I believe you'd be a great fit for our Early Careers program (https://careers.kognitivinc.com/early-careers). This program is designed for individuals like you who want to get into Workday consulting, but don't have the relevant skills.
This program will teach you all that you need to know in order to be a successful consultant - from Workday certifications, in-house training, and mentorship and shadow opportunities - we've got your Workday learning journey covered! You are essentially in training for your first 6 months, and then your journey as a full-time consultant at KOG begins!We have completed the recruitment for this program already this year, but we do have an interest form on our Early Careers page where you can sign up, and when the opportunities go live, we'll send you an email to invite you to apply.
