Hello and thank you for reaching out! Here at Kognitiv we have an awesome Associate Consultant program that we hire for annually. Within that program, new hires will go through a training program and receive hands on support as they gain real world experience. I would recommend keeping an eye out for the next cohort via our Careers page.
