Be yourself! We all have resumes and backgrounds that are polished to show ourselves in the best light, but you should still be yourself. That's a big part of being part of Kognitiv - be your authentic true self. I tend to talk too much, have a sarcastic sense of humor, and I'm quick to make a joke and laugh - all were evident in each of my interviews. But my future manager and all of my interviewers could see that that's who I am, and if you bring your true self to an interview it's so much more comfortable and everyone is at ease.
