Kognitiv is a remote company, which means no daily travel to and from an office, and no onsite client work. We do an annual team/company trip which is one aspect of travel. We also attend Workday Rising, local Workday meetings, as well as other conferences and trade shows in which some of our consultants, management and sales team attend.
The lack of travel is what entices a lot of our talent, but we do have an opportunity at least once per year for folks to get the chance to travel! -
Travel has always been completely optional for us. Kognitiv is a remote first company and understands that requiring travel can cause unnecessary stress. I have never been pressured to travel anywhere for clients, conferences, meetings, etc.. Travel has always been optional.
