The opportunities to learn from Senior employees are endless! We have several Slack channels for each of the Workday modules we work with, so if you are tasked with something you're not quite sure how to tackle, you can post in the chat for support and guidance. We also are very big on continuous learning and knowledge sharing and transferring and so we offer internal certification and training opportunities for you to learn a new module and be proficient enough to confidently take on projects in that area. Everyone at Kog is very approachable and love to teach, so you have ample opportunity to learn as much as you want!
