One of the challenges I face in my role is dealing with different time zones as we hire across the US, India and Canada. Luckily our interview scheduling tool, Rooster, helps to streamline the process of booking interviews which has made it a lot easier for international recruitment.
Kognitiv is big on efficiency, so we are supported in our day-to-day roles with some amazing tools to keep us productive and motivated. This has definitely helped to ease a lot of challenges recruitment specialists experience.
