Kognitiv offers an early careers program where new graduates and those looking to transition their careers can become a Workday consultant. We provide internal training, as well as the opportunity to gain certifications, and you essentially are in a training role for your first 6 months as you get used to your new role as a consultant. This program provides ample growth opportunities as you grow in your role as a consultant. We are just about to wrap up our recruitment efforts for 2025, however be on the lookout for similar opportunities in 2026!
