Trust your gut, but know when to ask for help. So many times I've been researching and looking for an answer that I just can't find. It turns into a puzzle and sometimes I feel like I almost have the right piece to solve the whole thing. But what I don't realize is I've developed tunnel vision and I'm no longer looking at the entire puzzle. It helps to take a step back and ask a team member for help sometimes they know the last piece of the puzzle.
