After you've done that, a member of our talent team will be in touch once they start the process.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us! We will be starting the recruitment process in early 2025 and will be contacting those who registered their interest using the online form on our website. There is nothing for you to do in terms of standing out, other than your passion and excitement in regards to Workday consulting.

Thank you so much for your interest in Kognitiv and for signing up to learn more about our 2026 Early Careers Program!
Now that you’ve registered, you’ll receive updates on the recruitment timeline and next steps. When applications officially open, we’ll reach out with an invitation to apply.
This program is highly competitive with limited spots, so not all applicants will move forward in the process. Those selected to continue will first have a phone screen with a member of our Talent Team. From there, candidates who advance will be asked to complete an assessment. Strong assessment scores will lead to a culture interview and a case study interview.
In some cases, there may be an additional interview to connect with current consultants who have gone through the program. After that, our team reviews everything together before making final decisions.
The process can evolve a bit year to year, so we’ll share a full breakdown of the timeline and expectations once we’re ready to launch the next phase.
